Pack it in! 10 days, 7 cities, 3 half marathons, 2 countries & 1 duck
In 10 days, I traveled to 7 cities, ran 3 half marathons in two different countries on the same day, all accompanied by my traveling rubber duck.

Jimmy the Rubber Skipper Duck! I adopted JRSD, at the encouragement of my then 14 year old cousins, from a boutique in Mount Vernon, Iowa on 16 July 2003, just one week before I went to Navy bootcamp. The main reason he was adopted was because of his sailor’s hat and the same two 14 year olds then named him Jimmy the Rubber Skipper Duck. I adopted him so he could travel with me as I explored the world. 12.5 years later, he and I have had many an adventure.
