The first one I knit was for RBSB&#8217;s kiddo because he loved giraffes and when I came across <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ravelry.com\/patterns\/library\/giraffe-10\" target=\"_blank\">Susan B. Anderson&#8217;s Not-So-Itty-Bitty-Giraffe<\/a>, I pretty much became addicted. I never liked knitting kids clothes. By the time I pick the pattern, then the yarn and then actually knit it, the kid won&#8217;t fit into it anymore! And the giraffe is such an easy pattern to knit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I can knit it while I walk, while I sit in classes and meetings, with my eyes closed, while I&#8217;m on busses and trains and planes, and once, while I drove across the midwest&#8230; Before you get bent out of shape, I still had both hands on the wheel &#8211; I&#8217;m that good. \ud83d\ude42 \u00a0As I looked through all of the giraffes in my <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ravelry.com\/projects\/trvlngshoes\" target=\"_blank\">Ravelry project gallery<\/a> the other day I realized I have left giraffes all over the world. I&#8217;ve also left other animals that \u00a0I designed based on the giraffe pattern. I was torn between using Journey and Kaleidoscope for the blog post title but then I decided why choose!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Have your knitting projects ended up anywhere far from you?
