Is it possible to avoid or beat jet lag? I experimented with one method on a recent trip from Santiago, Chile to San Francisco, USA.

I know everyone rages about the need for a work / life balance, and I do try not to “work” all the time but I don’t have a typical 9-5 office job, and the line is often blurred between work and not-work so be prepared to see that happen here.
